I am “SIS”

Girls Night Out FIRESIDE CHAT and (SIS)terhood Circle

SIS ≠ Strong

Hey Sis,

Are you tired of walking through life's toughest seasons alone? You don't have to carry the weight by yourself any longer. It's time to gather around a space where your voice matters, your story matters, your pain is honored, and your healing begins. It’s time to feel, deal and heal!

Join me, Sharhonda Ford, a success strategist, speaker, author, mentor, counselor, and coach, for the (SIS)tah Circle Fireside Chat—an intimate, safe place where you and a community of like-minded women will come together for real talk, curated conversations, and life giving breakthroughs.

Whether you're navigating the overwhelming challenges of motherhood, marriage, childhood trauma, burnout, or simply everyday life, these curated Healing Circles are designed for you to identify, acknowledge, and address your unique pain points. You’ll find comfort in Robert Kellerman’s wisdom: “Shared sorrow is endurable sorrow.” As we share, encourage, and uplift one anoth in er, you’ll be reminded that healing is not just possible, it’s your birthright and it’s inevitable when we journey together.

You can choose to join one of my pre-curated Healing Circles, already designed to address the most pressing issues women face, or you can create your own circle. Gather your sisters, friends, or peers and let's have a deep, unapologetic, authentic, life-changing dialogue on what matters most to YOU—whether it’s marriage, motherhood, or simply overcoming the weariness of life’s demands. This is your space to build community, connect, feel, deal, and heal.

This isn’t just a conversation; this is your moment—your opportunity to step into a circle of healing, of hope, and of power. I am here to walk with you through it. Don’t wait—bring your circle or join mine, and let’s break chains, lift burdens, and rise together.

Are you ready to heal?

I look forward to seeing you at the Fireside.

With grace poured out,

About Sharhonda

As a little girl, I can still remember singing this song in church:
“It only takes a spark to get a fire going, and soon all those around, will warm up to its glowing. That’s how it is with God’s love, once you’ve experienced it, you’ll spread His love to everyone, you want to pass it on.”

Just like that spark of God's love, my experience—my story of healing and redemption—is something I simply cannot keep to myself. It’s too powerful to stay hidden, and I know it can light a fire in the hearts of other women who are walking through life’s toughest battles.

Over the last two decades, I’ve come to cherish something I believe we were all created for: sisterhood and community.I’ve learned that connection and community are the cure for chaos, conflict, and life’s hardest moments. They are the balm for our deepest wounds.

Most recently, when my life took an unexpected turn—when everything I knew became foreign, and all that I expected suddenly changed—I found myself in a place I never thought I’d be. I was suffocating, struggling just to survive the impossible. But God, in His infinite mercy, didn’t leave me to walk through it alone. He sent me a God-chosen community of Sistahs who stood with me
